I remember two weeks ago someone phoned CIC and got a rough estimation about the number of ITAs as well as the cutoff score. Any news this time?

First of all, next draw won't happen tomorrow (this is what I feel). It might be delayed to next week. Secondly the draw cutoff might jump up to 500 as there are enough people who got their score increased because of express entry changes happened on November 19th.

Not sure why most of folks keep thinking of the 15-30 points awarded to int students and not considering the 400-550 points detracted from LMIA holders. the most pessimistic cutoff for next draw is 485. and the optimistic one is 465

i hate to say this but, i think its going to go above 500 fosho

It will be around 490-495. 500 is too much. and it will take 3-4 months before it goes below 460. forsho...

I really hope the CRS is below 470 this time on accord of low number of PNP + LMIA point reduction balancing off the 15-30-50 points given out to many aspirants, this way there's some strong hope of it going to 450 in this years quota..

Also i was wondering when the OINPs would run dry....with no new NOIs issued after late feb its about time they are done processing all the previous years applications.

I think the scores are likely to drop. Remember that many people saw their scores dropping 550 points. Now all those with LMIA and LMIA-exempt Work permits are either with 50 points. My guess is the cutoff to be between 430-460. I would guess 455.

The number of CEC applicants who receive 15 or 30 bonus points are significantly more than people with LMIA.

that's right but only a portion of them are above 470.
myself:
Master in Electrical Engineering from Canada
>1 year Canadian experience
>4 years of foreign experience
CLB11 CLB 8 CLB 8 CLB 8
33 years old
CRS 469
I messed up the language test but I got maximum points from Skill transferability factors

A typical under 30 yo CEC applicant with Bachelor degree, CLB 8 and 2 years Canadian work exp get 470 CRS, will be 490 with CLB 9.

Or 471 CRS for Bachelor degree, 1 year Canadian work exp, 1 year foreign work exp and CLB 8.
