Hello everyone
I would like to say thanks from the bottom of my heart for all the support and help that this forum has provided. From international student application to work permit and eventually Permanent Resident application and eventually landing this forum has been a valuable resource.
Landing experience:

 Total time: 1 hour 20 minutes
 Cost: 50 cents /person + $5 for 2 hours parking (rates: $2.50/hr.)
 Documents required: Passports, Old Work/Study Permits,COPR, Birth certificate or Passport for Canadian born child
 Proof of funds: Officer did not ask for any PoF.

Drove to Niagara Falls in late morning and reached at around noon time. Parked in front of Travelodge Niagara Falls. From there, walked past “Bird Kingdom” and proceeded to "Niagara Falls Bridge commission" /Pedestrian route to USA. Called the phone number given on door to open the door for us (This is accessible route, if you don’t require accessible route please take stairs next)
We find all this using Google maps. You can also take closer route i.e. in front of Casino Niagara(but parking might be expensive)
Next, we took off on 3rd floor from elevator and entered the secured door that accepts 50 cents (only quarters) for each person and from there we proceeded and exit through the door that says “To USA". We kept walking for about 3-4 minutes and on the way took pictures and enjoyed Niagara Falls view of both sides. We then walked to the end of the walkway towards U.S. Customs and Border Protection (signs says pedestrians to USA). We entered the building and next door was locked which officer unlocks when he saw us. Officer asked what the purpose of today’s visit is and we told, we would like to flagpole and enter Canada back as we are new immigrants. (Small talk about chilly weather while officer was processing our request) .Officer took our passport and my child's birth certificate and checked something in the system and issued us one white page which says "Flagpole" and our names. We were then asked to return back to Canada for further process.
We took same path and entered another door on Canadian side that says "To Canada".
Officer took our passports and flagpole page and issued us a yellow slip with our info etc. and put everything in passport and asked us to walk to "immigration" building for further processing. We walked and entered the building (this is right in front of Casino which says duty free). An officer standing there directing people to various lanes took our passports and asked to wait in the waiting area (There were only 5 or 6 people waiting already). There was a couple that were being asked so many questions by the Canadian border security agent at the counter. At this time there was only one officer serving everyone. In few minutes the number increased to 4. We waited around 15 minutes and then officer called our names and we provided CoPR and child's birth certificate and we were asked to wait again for few minutes. We waited for another 5-10 minutes and then officer ask us if we are PNP and which province nominate us and what’s my profession and thankfully did not ask for proof of funds ( i had only $2000 in my chequing account and did not bring and PoF.
Afterwards officer asked us to sign COPR and then congratulate us on becoming PR of Canada and that we'll receive PR card in about 2 months.
Headed for planned lunch in Niagara and on our way back with happy smiles.
