http://www.greystonecollege.com/ to stay in canada after WP if possible.

2-pnp option

3-pray for score to go down.

Will you reach another year of work experience? Then your score would increase right? And work a little more on ielts?

Guys im on a PGWP and I work as (NOC 2282-B). Its a term job but iam sure they will give me 1 more 1-year term or hire me permanently. This can still bag me 50 points right? I will complete 1 year in June 2017.

Also LMIA is done through employer right? not the applicant/employee?

No. Working on a PGWP does not qualify as having a valid job offer. You are not entitled to those points.

However, if you do get LMIA then yes, you would qualify.

Oh boy! I had wrong info all this while :( I was planning to apply for express entry after 1 year.
Does it still count at Canadian work experience though?

I don't think my employer will apply for LMIA. My PGWP is for 3 years? is there any way i can i apply for PR other than getting LMIA

As long as your work experience is NOC 0/A/B then yes, it definitely counts.

You don't need LMIA to apply for PR, sure it gives you extra 50 points but depending on your English level, work experience and education your score might be high enough to receive an invitation after working for a full year in Canada.

Oh great, if I consider that and say i don't have a valid job on my application (although i will have another 1 year term job at the same company). As i did masters from Canada i end up with 527 points. Looks like i still have a chance. Great :)

p.s +1 for helping

Not only do you have a chance, with that score (after working for a full year i'm assuming) you are basically guaranteed an invitation to apply.

Wow thanks, i feel relaxed now. But still ill like to share my profile with u

I came here as a B.tech in Electronics with 1 year Job experience in the same field
Did my Masters here for 2.5 years with Co-op paid work( 8 months)
Got my PGWP for 3 years
Working on a term here till June 2017 (employer will renew the term for sure)
Age 26, IELTS score CLB 8

the only problem is that I am not sure the company i work with will give me a permanent job or not but looks like i don't need to worry about it, i should apply with what i have :)

P.s Ill have to show funds for myself right if i dont have a job even though i have a PGWP?

Sorry for asking too many questions

you never know for sure so don't lose hope. besides, wasn't the cutoff on one of the rounds 450? maybe it was last year?
