438 yet NO OOPNP (NOC 2173)

Hello all,

I have a few question and I would really appreciate it if you can help me.
I created my EE account Jan 2014, my score is 438. In July I hear about the OOPNP and they were only picking up new profiles, So I recreated my profile.
It has not been 4 months and I have not received anything from Ontario. I qualify for both CEC and FSW, my points are above 400 and I did check Ontario in the provinces that I wish to stay in.
I keep reading the forums and seeing many new ppl with less points than mine who are getting invitations from Ontario, My NOC code is 2173.

Any ideas? Others facing this issue?

It means you will be considered for OOPNP, doesn't mean you will get it. I'm sitting at 439 NOC 2131 for months as well. NO invitation from ON. Seems that they don't need professional with our NOCs. Simple like that.
