4131 reference letter format

hi guys,
some of the members here had asked me for a reference letter format for 4131.
i had given it to them but i request you all not to use it because my application has been rejected saying that IO was not satisfied by my job responsibilities.
i dont remember those members but i just hope they read it post.

but you cant put more then what you did
and as a computer trainer what you can do more

I have almost same duties which you had mentioned.

anyone have experience more then this then please share

Where are you from?
Are you performing job for NOC 4131 in private computer institute?
What was the actual reason to reject the file? You describe well. Please share

But I have not applied yet for Canada PR. I am preparing my documents.

But now I m confused about job duties because
I dont see as a computer trainer you can do more
then this.

I feel better to wait if they are going to review the list
and if suppose they will include software developer
then i will have more solid reference letter.
