Ideally CIO sends both Email and Letter but i got Email only................and duties u can search from HRSDC wbsite under college and volational teachers

Here is what I had posted earlier.

Hi Narinderdl,

Don't try to fit your duties in that box. It will never fit. Just enter a line or two, and add a line "Refer Addtional Sheet"

Title your additional sheet :
Mention your duties clearly : keep the duties described under 4131 category as the skeleton.
Use the same tereminoloy and words - weave your duties around it.

CIO only check if the duties described you matches the duties described in 4131, if they do, you will refered to your local embassy.
At your country specific embassy, you need to substantiate what you stated in your application to the CIO.

Hey I have applied in the Category 4131 on 15th March 2010 .. still waiting for Initial AOR from CIO and local visa office is new delhi... Can I join in the thread ?
