Withdraw as quickly and quietly as you can

I would get legal advice as quickly as possible.

Whether you continue processing the current application or withdraw and apply next year - you'll still have to prove that your mother and father are no longer together. You can't say your father is deceased - that's misrepresentation which can land your mother a 5 year ban from Canada. The best thing and probably only thing to do is have your mother start legal divorce or separation proceedings again your father. With this paperwork, you should be able to successfully remove him from your mother's application. I assume your mother is the primary applicant?

Same here. This does not seem to be a simple case.

"The problem is i already hide some info from them. And some of the forms should be signed by my dad were signed by someone else." -This is a very BIG deal.

to be honest: You are screwed.

You already have a death certificate and you declared him living in your application. Even if you retract your current application and apply next year submitting the death certificate... they will question your first application.

As people suggested, get an immigration lawyer and consult...

Agreed. He was declared deceased and a death certificate was issued; you and your mother committed serious fraud by including him and forging his signature. I doubt even the best immigration lawyer can fix that.
