i just received a letter from CIC that i have to wait 40 months to see the citizenship judge , and i have been waiting 40 months with no news, oh my god its really frustrated

Recently obtained CIC internal timeline guide says delay for hearing in Montreal is 40 months since application was received in Sydney.

You maybe want to further clarify it with CIC and request to speed up appointment with judge.

Anyway, you won't have to wait additional 40 months.
