Dear Members,
I am living in canada from the past 5 years in Canada with my wife and kid. I have applied Canada PR under CEC category from within Canada.
Unfortunately my son aged 4 years has recently started losing Protein (a year ago) in his urine and has been diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome. He was admitted to hospital for 2 weeks and the protein stopped. Later he got it thrice. However he is not loosing any protein now.
1) Would this medical condition lead to rejection of Canada PR?
2) Would this medical condition delay the Canada PR processing after immigration medicals?
3) Does the kids of this age has to undergo any medical test as part of immigration medicals?
4) Do we need to tell about this problem to the doctor when we go for immigration medicals?
5) What other documentation do we need to provide to the doctor as part of immigration medicals?
I am worried about my son and also about the outcome of PR due to this medical situation. Please provide your guidance or share your experience.
Appreciate your help.
Thanks
