#4 question in Application Details of Form IMM0008?

Hi, A quick question regarding the question #4 "Immigration Office requested for the processing of your application" in Application Details section of Generic Application Form (IMM 0008).

The case is a Canadian citizen woman (in Ottawa, Ontario) tried to file a family based immigration application for her mother lived in China. So what she should answer to the above question? She will file her application to Case Processing Centre - Mississauga in Ontario. Should she answer the question by Case Processing Centre-Mississauga, Canada or Beijing, China?

the applicant is living Shanghai, China. So I think Beijing is the Immigration Office to be answered for #4 question in Application Details of Form IMM 0008 instead of the Case Processing Centre - Mississauga, Ontario. Is it correct?

By the way, there is another question remained that what is UCI/Client ID in the field #9/b of Sponsor Personal Details of Application to Sponsor, Sponsor Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344). Since question #9/b UCI/Client ID is related #8 the status in Canada, is UCI number is her citizen certificate number on her citizen card or something else? Otherwise where is the UCI number found?

UCI is a number if you have/remember it from your/sponsor's number i didnt remember mine so i left it blank do you still have your landing document (COPR)
