Hi, guys! I need help! My program ends in August & I'm planning to take another program in January. Is it okay if I work from August - December to pay for my 2nd year tuition fee? Will it affect me getting a 3-year PGWP later? Thank you so much for you help :)

I don't think you can because you can only work part time during school and full time during breaks if you're a full time student. So technically during those 4 months, you are not a full time student. When does your study permit expire??

My visa expires this November 2017.
As per previous post the August to December time period is your choice for a break and not a scheduled course break so that alone means you cannot work part or full time and must stop work when your current course finishes as to not stop working would be illegal work with all the implications that has later on. It is not a question of what effect might have on a future PGWP application work would simply be illegal in that period given not in full time education.Obviously if your study permit expires November 2017 you will also need to resolve that anyway to retain some legal status in the country as well

No - you cannot work (either part time or full time) during the four month break.
