4 days since TRV application submitted... No submission confirmation

Hey guys,
Has anyone recently submitted TRV application online?
I got my SP extended and just submitted TRV application from within Canada last Sunday. 4 days has passed and there is still no submission confirmation shown on the website.
Has it been abnormally long or should I keep waiting for it?

Same situation. Applied TRV for worker on August 1 after getting the PGWP. Do not know what happened.
