Please do I have a chance with my points on CRS being 396? I had an 8 in Listening and reading, 7.5 in Speaking and 7 in writing. The problem is I will not be using spouse education as hes not with me. Please do I have a chance in being selected?

With your IELTS score, are you sure you calculated your CRS properly? If you are convinced you did, I think you need to look for a way to improve your score, as having 400+ will give you more opportunity for either ITA or PNP from a province like Ontario. Although, many people are predicting that scores will go below 400 in the next few months, however, I think you need to work on improving your scores and not rely on that. You can also check with provinces and see if there is any you can apply to for nomination.

Well yes, but if you have your spouse as non-accompanying he will not get PR.

What isn't clear here is whether that's your plan or whether you're separated/divorced. If you state that he is non-accompanying you will still be required to provide his medicals and PCC post ITA.

I'm new here please what is PCC? And to answer your question, we are separated but not legal. He lives in another country, though there's still chance he might want to join us later.
