I guess 40th draw will be 450 points 1523 ITAs

This will be post-canada-day draw so just wanted to know what you guys think it will be like afterwards. Im assuming it might likely still be high on the next draw since it is just before canada day.

Very likely depends on 37th draw if they stick to less ITAs or back to higher ITA and less Cut off

Personally I don't think Canada Day is going to impact the numbers. Theoretically the next draw is June 29th, followed by July 13th- if we go by the every other week pattern. Canada Day will have little impact.

I remember someone mentioning that they are supposed to make announcements about making the process easier on international students specifically university graduates. Is that true? And how soon do they usually implement new rules after announcing them. I've been sitting at 464 points since February. It seemed high even when conservative government was in power but now it seems like 480 is the new 450
