37 days over due haven't recieved the PR Card

Hi,

It's been 37 days (5 weeks) since I landed in Toronto, but havn't received my PR cards yet. On website it says PR cards should be recieved in 30 days.

1-) Has anyone experience such delay in receiving the PR card.

2-) I've left Canada without PR cards. is it ok?

Yes, need to apply travel document at the consulate in your home country for re-entering Canada w/o PRC
