352 ... what are next steps

Hello All, My score is 352 and below are my questions:
a) are there any hopes
b) what can i do to improve my score?

Hey mine is 318 and i still have the hope by the end of year 2015.

Age : 37
Education : Two or more post graduation
IELTS : 7 Band
Experience : 6 yrs and more.

Like me who got 365 CRS points, do you think (in a slightest possible way) I would get a chance even until end of this year 2015?

I would assume there's no chance the score will get below 400 this year.

With being at 442 I don't think even if I'll get ITA this year. Will be at 455 on 1st Sep and fingers crossed regarding OOPNP
