I am sitting at 464. Is there any hope in the next two draws? Do I need to sit for another IELTs test?

I am going to take one more chance with IELTS.

u both will get ITA soon even if u dont take ielts.......may/juse crs could be high but coming draws u will surely get ITA with those scores.

If the in this CRS draw will not fall, then threshold will continue to increase... i see no reason for it to come down.

The only way CRS will drop is if the no. of ITAs go back to 1500. That will happen soon. These draws are just to give them a window to clear backlogs. ITAs issued should be back to 1500 in a couple months hopefully.

Man I have been sitting on 478 since March 24, I thought I will wait for July and get more points as I complete one year work ex in Canada In July. But I just checked, even if I get one year experience in Canada, my score just goes from 478 to 513, not much of a difference stupid me.

since mar 24th.....with 475 i got ITA on march 23rd....what was ur status on 23rd of march.

In April, the invited CRS was 468. That is impossible if you were at 478 and not invited.

I understand how you feel.

My case: points were 455 and I had to decline to ITAs
1. Sep 18
2. Oct 02

Reason- I was awarded points for 2 year experience one month in advance. My PGWP was set to expire on Feb 13 and I received ITA just on time. 13 Jan I received ITA and submitted my application on Feb 03 and applied for BOWP on Feb 08 which got approved in April.

I hope your PGWP is still valid for a while. But, I do think the scores will drop to 460s soon and then eventually back to 450

Also a bump from 478 to 513 is great. You don't know man even 1 point makes a big difference in Express Entry.
