Thank you for your e-mail,
Your address has been updated as of July 6th, 2010.
You may choose the date you would like to re-take your examination, as long as your application is received before the deadline to apply. The CRNE does not have an expiration date and the CNO will not force you to take an examination if you do not want to.
The CNO does not have an expiration date for your IELTS, once you submit your scores and they are approved you will not be required to re-take them.
If you have any further questions, please contact us either by e-mail at cno @ cnomail.org, by phone at (416)928-0900, 1-800-387-5526(toll-free in Ontario) or visit our office at 101 Davenport Road.

Dear Sir / Madam
With reference to above, I have received corresponds on my previous address. Would you please delete by previous address XXXZ from the record. My new address is mentioned above.
Also would you please advice on below?
My IELTS will expire in Mid of July 2011. I am planning to give my CNO RN exam in Feb 2011. If I failed that exam i have to retake it in Oct 2011 or can I take the exam in June 2011 again?
Also do i need to retake IELTS again for Oct 2011 test (as it will be expired till that)? Or CNO will consider it as I have submitted the application in earlier date.
Thanks
Kind regards
Sultan R. Ali
