Why nobody is updating in 3142. Till where people of 3142 has got per?

I believe cap for 3142 will never fill up!

My sister received her PER this Monday, please find her timeline mentioned below.

NOC: 3142 (Physiotherapists)

VO: New Delhi
Application Received: September 30, 2014
DD en-cashed: 19 December, 2014
PER: 19 January, 2015
