Guys,

I have a friend who got her work permit back in 2012.

She is practicing Family medicine in Toronto, Ontario.

Now she has 1 year of experience and would like to apply for Immigration.

She was kind of shocked to see last night that her 3112 General practitioners and family physicians is not on the NOC list of FSW.

What options she has to apply for Canada Immigration. Both she and her husband paid a total tax of $75,000 and $50,000 each last year on their incomes and this years its going to be more or less the same.

Quick responses would be appreciated.

Best Regards,
Colin.

The CEC program doesn't work that way. The criteria are different than FSW. I would recommend that your friend either spend some time on the CIC web site learning about this immigration program or alternatively, hire an immigration consultant / lawyer to do this work for them.

No - I don't have any recommendations. Hopefully someone else will be able to help. She should expect to pay $3K to $5K for the lawyer's services.
