300 to 400 score . any chance?

I am a qualified chartered accountant from INDIA. I created my EE profile on July 2015 and i got only 365 as my score. So i am very much worried. Don't know what to do. Please guide me.

You can try to improve the score , the fastest way is to retake your IELTS exam , as of most of the other factors are hard to be improved (age , marital state , education, etc...)

My application has been refused last week due to lacking of Lmia. I was implied status when I applied and unfortunately Lmia was refused.
Any chance for 407 points for the remaining draw?

as per my assumption from their mid year report they have already took 700-800 candidates from 450-449 CRS & next draw will also come between the same one.

But later on they will reduce their CRS criteria because mostly crowd is waiting between 350-399 (15k approx) and if anyone would like to change their CRS then there are very less options available. FOr example WES is fixed which can't be changed. IELTS -dates fr the next 3-4 months are already booked & peoples are appearing again & again & IELTS people are also aware about individual's situation to improve their CRS. so in first re-appear i am petty sure that they are not providing the marks a candidate required.
Next one is age- if anyone is already having a full marks for age criteria then how they will improve for that???
Moreover, for foreign workers experience is only 3 or 5 yrs more which means if someone is having 10 yrs experience then he will get the same points like others.

CIC issued very less invitations in these 6-7 months from which hardly some candidates got the visa because some are not eligible & some are also refused. so how it is possible that they will get the huge crowd for express entry or new comers.

anyhow they have to reduce their CRS & this next draw will also be near by 400-450 CRS.

IMO - and this is just a gut feel but there's no chance that the CRS is going < 440

It will be a wonder if they come down to 400 score. Hopefully, they will come down next year

If you are below 400 and you do not plan to improve it, you can forget being invited through EE. That is the hard truth behind the system.
So on that score you have options how to improve it. Current trend is something around 470+ CRS points (like for 2017).
Simply said there are way too many people above 400 and they are added every day. SO thats what it is.
