Hello, I am preparing my application for citizenship. I have just 30 days over the minimum requirements of 3 years residency in last 4 years, for the citizenship. Is it enough, or shall I wait for another couple of months to have enough buffer number of days. My calculations are absolutely perfect. I traveled twice every year to Middle East in last four year, that is the only concern. Any advise. Thanks in advance.

Dear sammy

Its enough. If you are sure that your calculations are perfect then even 1 day more than the minimum requirement is good. But we applicants take a week or two, just to be on the safer side. You have taken 30 days extra!!!! Don't worry & don't wait more. It should not happen that due to some 'stupid' reason your application is returned or needs to be resubmitted, AND then you have to follow new 'Citizenship Rules'.

Cheers. Anil

You would be fine. I gave myself 60 extra days buffer :)
Make sure your double check your absences to ensure that there are no mistakes

I applied with 1096, one day extra only. I only had one trip to back home though. No issue.
