Hi is it possible to receive Canadian citizenship after 3 years staying in the country all the time and not leaving to accumulate 1095 days OR even if someone accumulates 1095 days in 3 years do they still need to wait until 5 years to apply for citizenship?

Also once someone submits an application for citizenship how long does it usually take on average to receive citizenship and passport?

You can apply when you accumulate enough days, no need to wait at least 5 years.
The second question is anyone's guess.

As Seym mentioned you the criteria for eligibility is to have 1095 days, within the time frame that's a requirement. Doesn't have to be 5 years.
As for how long it takes, that's a wild card and you'll get 100 guesses. There's no formula or exact estimate.
