3 Years Experience short of 8 days - still count as 3 years ?

Hello,

I have almost 3 years of experience in IT sector but it is short of 8 days .its from 24th April 2016 to 15th April 2019. Is it still count as 3 years as both the start and end month is same and short of only 8 days. It will make a huge impact on my profile if it will count as 2 years and its a full-time job with 45 hours per work . Please need some guidance . Thanks in Advance.

Yes 100 percent .
Even if you worked for 80 hours ,Ircc only counts 30 hours per week as full time .

It doesn't matter. Agreed with what others have said. It will count as 2 years.
