3-year Sponsorship undertaking, what does it entail

Hey guys,

So I'm living with my sponsor and I'm thinking of taking a subsidized training program at a college but I wonder if I take those program will the government charge my sponsor? I'm a little confused about what does the 3 years sponsorship undertaking entail? What are things that my sponsor is responsible for? is it just welfare, healthcare, and disablities, or does it include government subsidized program like housing, schooling and stuff.
