3 weeks since PPR

Hi all

I received my PPR on the 10th of May and submitted my passport on the 11th. it was received by the embassy on 12th.

I still havent received my passport back, it will be 3 weeks tomorrow. is this normal ? by friend got his passport back from the same visa office in exactly 2 weeks.

Should i be worried ?

Its normal,my roommate got his passport back in 4 weeks.

That's normal, Do you have Canadapost return tracking number? maybe you can go and check mailbox before Sunset on Friday, you might get the best IRCC's present ever inside there.
