I would say, you have completed 10 + 4 years of education ,right ?

So advanced diploma's or undergraduate diploma's are for those who have 12 years of education ,there are number or graduate certificate courses you can easily opt after 14 years educational background ,maybe you were refused due to not relevant progression , its better idea to try for graduate program's

I believe missing marks card reason is because of not providing backlog summary only.

Otherwise you are eligible for Advanced diploma as you have done this 4 year diploma after 10th only. You are not yet
a graduate, so progression to Advanced Dip. is the right approach or go for Bachelor in Uni with some exemptions.
