3 time refused from st. Clair in IBM logistic
Every time I got same reason that is mantion below :-
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment/ language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

May I ask if you were still in Dubai when you applied and choose applying from as India or you quit your job and relocated to India & applied from there ? I am in same situation but don't want to leave my job or is that the only way to create pseudo home ties for VO satisfaction ?

Did you ever order GCSM note since you kept having the same reason for rejection so as to know exactly the VO comment?
Once I ordered in that ielts mentioned but that time I had 6/5.5 after that I improved in ielts and scored 6.5
