You won’t get a PR in 3 months. When you claim asylum in Canada, the first thing they do is hold a hearing to determine if you have valid grounds to claim asylum. Standard processing for that is 12-24 months. If they determine you have a valid claim, you become a convention refugee and can apply for your PR. That process can also take 12-24 months. So potentially you could be look at 4 years before you could bring your family (and that is only immediate family....spouse and children). And only if there are no problems. If they refuse your claim, it can be many, many years.
After reading your other posts, as a Pakistani national living in KSA, what grounds for asylum would you use? Expect that in your situation a refugee claim won’t be straightforward and processing times will be long.
