3 Errors in biometric instruction letter received.

Error in name and place of birth in biometric instruction letter

Applicant is currently in India and is an Indian citizen. But is born outside India.

Received the biometric instruction letter saying country of birth is India and

Given name: ABC XYZ
Family name: ABC XYZ

when it should be:

Given name: ABC
Family name: XYZ

What do you do in a situation like this? Is it possible to call IRCC and inform them? Or do you just go to the VAC with this letter and inform them?

Does anyone know of a number to contact VAC or IRCC?

I know I can raise a web form but the timeline is around a month and by then the biometrics request will expire.
