Has anyone else been able to resolve this issue I've tried everything and no luck I tried using my phone through my network provider, different computers, deleted all history updated from windows 8 to windows 10 and nothing works I've been trying for the past 3 days and I'm running out of time. The problem being that when I upload the additional passport documents that have been request then go to sign the page I get this
