We had application returned yesterday for saying on imm1344 Q6 that PA is spouse living in Canada when asked nature of relationship. We applied family class, living in Canada (box 3 in document checklist). This is our second return
Questions for resubmission:
Spouse originally entered in August 2019. Until April 2021, he was INLAND applicant and did not leave the country. Starting May 2021 he was OUTLAND and left the country from July 18 to September 9, 2021. He is now back in Canada.
1) Is "original entry" still August 2021? For "most recent entry" on imm008, we would put September 2021?
2) Do we update living history for when he was out of the country (he was visiting parents) (eg. living in Canada from August 2019 to July 2021, then living in USA from July 2021 to September 2021, then living in Canada from September 2021 to current) or do we leave as living in Canada from August 2019 to current date?
3) In May 2021 spouse was issued a visit record expiring in December 2021. Do we include this for proof of current status? Or because he reentered Canada in September 2021 from visa exempt country we would update with cbsa travel history report or letter of explanation since no stamp received upon entry?
4) Those who requested cbsa travel history report, how long did it take to receive?
5) The PR photos we took are 4 months old. Okay to reuse?
6) FBI background check is less than 1 year old, okay to reuse?
