2nd PPR mail received but Passport already submitted - pls HELP

Ours was a case of family expansion. Me and wife got PPR on July 15th but at that point of time our new born son was not added as dependent. But we submitted all our 3 passports along with my son's required docs like medical, bc etc...3 months later son added as dependent and also asked to upload his docs online which we did... Today i got another PPR mail. The predicament is passports are already with NDVO for the last 3 months..I Contacted VFS, they said to mail High Commission at New Delhi, which i did..Got auto reply...Any idea what is to be done?? Do i have to go again to a VFS center just with the 2nd PPR mail and sent the same to NDVO??? Seniors PLS HELP.....

I guess this glitch/error is from NDVO side today. I also got another PPR today, and my passport is already with Embassy since last one month.

Sir, may i ask you what you did regarding the second PPR mail u received. Did u submit just the mail at VFS?? I've raised a CSE to NDVO but they haven't responded...pls reply

when i submitted the 2nd PPR mail at VFS, i was issued the stamped passports very quickly
