Hello,

I can't find a question to my answer anywhere online, so I will try to ask you guys here;

It is time to apply my employer to my second LMO, because my work permit will be expired soon ... I'm in in skilled B category and I qualify for Accelerated - LMO, so I would get an answer in two weeks or 10 days ish.

My question is does my employer has to advertise again ? Because he did once at the first time before he hired me, I heard that some people were saying that your employer does not need to advertise if he already made you an LMO first time.

Yes - he has to advertise again.

If you were on a post graduate work permit, your employer wouldn't have to advertise before applying for an LMO. That's probably the scenario you've heard about.
