2nd degree relatives

Hi All,

I've been a lurker for 2 days and the forum have been so informative.

I just have a question though, my 2nd degree niece, now a Canadian Citizen, would like to sponsor me and my family.

I couldn't find the precise answer as we are always directed to the official website if 2nd degree relatives can be sponsored.

Hi

Your niece can only sponsor you if she has no spouse/common-law partner, no children, no living parents and no Canadian citizen/PR relatives.
