Hello Friends,
I have completed Masters in Business Studies(MBS) in Nepal. Now I want to study MBA in Canada. Is this possible? I have talked with some consultancies but they replied differently. Please help me if anyone has clear vision on this. I would be very grateful. Thank you.

As long as you give the justification in your sop and aligns with your past qualifications/experience, it shouldn't be a problem. I'm also applying for another masters.

Tnx guys. Are u guys processing from any consultancies or what ? Here different consultancies talk differently that's why i got confused..kind of relieved now...pls share ur opinions. tnx in advance. :)

u can apply for same level degree as long as both degree have less than 20% overlap of subjects... If u are going for different streams like mechanical or production or industrial then u can explain in sop why u need this additional degree. Dont make it sound that u wanna go and live in Canada. I too had filled visa for 2nd m.tech. hoping for best.

tnx for the info.. i have Masters in Business Studies i.e. theory based no practical at all...that's why i wanna do MBA...

hey i am also going for second master..m.tech in cad/cam to m.eng in automobile..

i think this is a logical progression and there would not be a problem.

That you will have to explain in your sop. Why you did Masters in Business Studies and why you want to study MBA and how it will help you in your career. Just explain well. Show enough funds as well.
