2nd BOWP reapply?

Let's say you applied for CEC, gained a BOWP but found out few months before expiry of first BOWP that your application was rejected, could u apply for another BOWP if you reapply CEC?

Or let's say, you applied CEC, got AOR, applied BOWP and got it but process took longer and BOWP is getting to expire, can you apply for BOWP number 2?

Guys don't worry too much about this. But to answer your questions:

There is no rule to prevent you from applying BOWP again. It's not like PGWP which is once in a lifetime.
OB485 says you can apply again for BOWP if your BOWP is going to expire but PR is still under processing, but it will be processed in a case-specific manner, as this rarely happens.

The open WP is to be valid for the duration of one year from the date of issuance. Although the PR application should normally be finalized within a year, subsequent requests from applicants to extend their stay on an open WP will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
