I have great news for every one, Finaly we got our Medical Forms few days ago dated 16.08.2011, we have finished medical yesterday 11.09.2011

The Doctor advised that medical documents will be sent to Quebec on 15.09.2011

You are surprised about january 2011 application where the medical only have been recieved. Just see above your post that March 2011 applicant visa has been issued - Anyways thats the case of Manila and Damascus...I have one london case...see below

Hopefully "YES" Micham, Today I checked with one of the canadian lawyer in Dubai about reapplying under new category. According to
him reapplying is not required as CIC has completed almost pre-june 2010 cases upto May 2010 (till medicals). So we can expect our medicals by end of this year.

I am not sure how far your lawyer is true! but it indeed brings smile on our face. ;D
I applied through Paris VO and pretty much the same timelines as ur's.

According to lawyer, ""TILL LAST AUGUST"" CIC has issued MR for the applicants who got 2nd AOR on MAY.

Completely agree with you!
MR's by November or December 2011, and visa stamping round about May or June next year, so that we 2nd-AOR-Augusters can enjoy our Canada's landing at the most beautiful time in a year.

By the way, any fellow Augusters who had received any kind of verification call or document update request, pls share.

I really dont want to wake you guys up from sweet dreams, but there is something called real life. I got my 2nd AOR on July 15, 2010. Here is the reply which I got today from CHC London.


"CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011. Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament. As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume."
