2nd AOR Almost 2 months

Hi Guys,

I am wondering what is going on in Buffalo Office.

I sent my full documents on March 10th.. they returned back to me on April 24th Asking for some missing information.. I send it back in May 10th and until now no AOR?!!

So what is the cases for you guys??

Mine was received on June 7, have not heard anything.
back in March - it seems they responded within 2-4 weeks.. Buffalo CHC response to my email was that they will send AOR within 30 weeks timeframe -- yep 30 weeks...

Once then ask you for the information, generally it is mentioned in the letter by the time you should submit that information.

If you have submitted additional information before that date, then it won't take additional time but the normal time in your specific case.

Does the Time to Receive the AOR affects the total processing time?? or doesnt matter and they consider the application receiving date?

Hi sicko86,

Buffalo received my full documents May24 and untill now no AOR, no eCAS update...

According to the senior members of other thread, usually it will take 2-4months after the 2nd AOR before you will receive the medical request...but again its case to case basis, depending on how the officer will deal on your file.

Just keep on praying and hopefully we'll get the positive response from them soon! by next week??!!
