Hey,

I will be traveling from Cairo to London, then London to Ottawa, and then from Ottawa to St. John's with 2hr and 10 minutes of layover in Ottawa's airport. Will that be enough to get my study permit and immigration documents processed? Please help asap

That will be a bit tight, what time are you arriving in Ottawa? The evenings tend to be more busier, mornings not so much.

It should be possible, since Ottawa's airport is smaller than Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver. If your entire flight itinerary is in one ticket, then the airline will normally rebook you on the next available flight if you are delayed by immigration. Some people on this forum have reported that Air Canada has done so. if it is possible to change your flight now, I would do so for peace of mind.

No, study permit will be issued only in the Port of Entry, in this case it is Canada. In most cases, you will be rebooked free of charge.
