There were 2 questions:
One was asking how long to wait before contacting them to receive the parcel. There was another question asking how long they will keep the package before returning to sender and it's answer is 1 week.

My logic behind answering book loan is because it was listed as "facilities available for members are:
1. Book loan
2.
3.

Oh, i got it then post these 3 point, there was a short paragraph were it was written about borrowing books

I wrote false. My logic is that the company said that they will do all things necessary if any company accepts them. That means they are not giving guarantee for placement. I can be wrong
