Thanks. This NOC was suggested to me by my lawyer. My lawyer had applied on 07-Nov-14. I think my application should have reached by this time perhaps ; I do not have the exact dates though ! If it is exactly 3 months waiting time, then I need to wait until 07-Feb-14 then

CIC now is processing applications applied in December.

Thats very good to know, i thought will be delaying 2241 as compare to other NOC's

Mine is DD and bank won provide any details, so i have to wait till PER.

I have never longed for anything in my life, it was such a relief to see the e-mail from CIO.
My DD was encashed on 31st december and I had no clue until I read the PER email.
Anyway it is here finally and we are elated and hoping the rest of it goes well
If you notice it took 90 days to receive PER from the day my app reached CIO.

Good luck to the rest of the guys anticipating a PER.

Hi,

How can I know if my DD was encashed or not. I have applied through a lawyer and I do not have any information on my application. My lawyer told me that my application has been applied on Nov-07-2014 for NOC 2241, however we have not heard anything on my application yet.

Can someone guide me on the process ?
