2171 NOC Information help

Hello Guys,

i recently applied under NOC 2171 with 354 Points with an agency, however the agency suggested Provence nomination under ST edwards island only. however i am unsure about that its the only province and was wondering if anyone can give me info on where to apply as well to have the best chances.

I applied in February 2019 with NOC 2171 to edwards island , is there a timeline that i expect they would answer on? or its indefinitely.

I have asked the agency am in about 2171 with my mentioned points and they said only chance is saint edwards island..
