Well we have to specify as we are living out of India as business residents and not worker/employee...

Yes I am aware and in fear because we have yet to send docs to WES,, because our application was not as per their requirements so WES has kept in hold..
We live out of India and its very expensive to go there..But anyways my husband is going India this weekend to get attestation from university directly...
The rest is on God.. Waheguru ji di jo marzi!!

We both business residents outside India, I am out of India since my age 9.

We are citizens of India by birth but living on Business Residence Permit outside India.
I was on student residence permit from 1998-2010. My husband was on Worker permit from 2005-2010 (employment in this case and job references are provided)

1. Is 2147 a regulated occupation? If yes then do we need to get our engineering degree assessed by Canada Engineers? Or is ECA by WES enough?
2. I have Mechanical Engineering Degree and applying for 2147 so should WES be enough or do i need to take some other assessment too from Canada engineers etc ?
 
Hi All!

Although, I have a Masters Degree [MBA (MIS) and Master of Political Science] but I have the required experience as Computer Programmer.

Can I apply for FSW?

On CIC Website, no where it is mentioned that they need a Masters Degree in the relevant subject.

Need urgent help please!!
