Hello Every body,

I applied for 2133 FSWP category but regretfully my application has been returned with the Regulation of R (10) of IPRA.

And in the letter it says,

" The employment letter from ABC company do not provide sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of NOC, including all of the essential duties."

Now please help me understand, what is it?

1) Can I resubmit my application?
2) What are the things should I know kept under consideration while resubmission?
3) Does title of job is important or not?

Note, My earlier experience letter doesnt show any job description. And my company wont give the JD. They have a standardised format that shows only duration and department of working.

Please help me out. I am worried,

You should discuss with your manager about the letter. Job details, working hours, and salary are *MUST*, and if he does not have time for the letter, try to write one for him and let him correct and sign. 2133 is not that hot so I think it is quite safe if you can collect the letters before the end of September.

By the way, what are your exact job functions?

It is clear and evident that the NOC which they have mentioned on the website along with job description is not matching with the job description you provided to them.

Please keep in mind that almost 90 percent of the job description must be matching with the NOC in which you are applying for. This is mandatory else they will reject your application.

Title of the job is important as it carries the rest of the description.

For the resubmission of case any expert shall comment please.

You're wrong. Job title is not important - job responsibilities are important. 90% of the job description does not have to match - but at least 60% should.

My application was received by CIC on Sep 09,2014. When I could have the UCI/PER ?
Which dates are in progress these days.

3-4 months after your application was received.
