2131 - When did the 300 CAP reach in 2013 for this band

When did the cap reach 300 for 2131(Civil Engg) in 2013. What are the chances for 2014. Planning to send all the docs by July end. Will I make it for 2014.

Civil engr was hot under FSW2013
And still hot under FSW 2014.

June will be the most ideal please.

Thanks a lot ksa0510. I just saw that Mech(2132) filled in mid August & Civil was beyond that. In that case, considering a CAP of 1000, in that case, wouldn't the CAP for Civil stretch till August.
