I got it and went to snap another picture. Got the same message and so I decided to brighten a little and it was good. What I learnt. Avoid wearing black shirt or white shirt to snap your photo. Use another color because it affects the contrast for whatever reason.

Just walk into any shopper’s drugstore and get a digital passport photo taken. That is the main thing. Every other thing you have it already
