2026 January - Citizenship Applicants

I've got a RFE for I-94 for my spouse and I today from IRCC. We disclosed our incident at Peace Bridge Border Crossing in 2024 and IRCC wants to see travel record. I can manage to obtain mine without any problem (I travelled to the US few times within last 10 years) but I cannot find any record for my spouse as she has never actually entered the US up to now (we accidentally made a wrong turn to duty-free lane and made a U-turn back to Canada right before entering the US border). My I-94 also shows that I departed the US on that day via port of entry 410 without any entry record.

Just got a ghost update in tracker, hopefully some news in the next few days!

Did the date change at the Update section. Good to see someone is getting any movement from January. I still have had no update since april 11th

Yep, the weird thing is my group has two people in it and the last updated date changed only for me, not the other person. I have applied for GCMS notes a while ago and the other person didn't, not sure if it is related in anyway.

My tracker shows that my prohibition was updated to complete on August 13th 2026. My spouse and I have submitted additional documents for Physical Presence and hopefully we could see update on this in next few weeks. This arduous journey is really tiresome!

Hopefully you get yours soon. Mines not been updated since April 11th. Agree the process is long. Can't wait until I see some movement.
