Based on what...the stiffness in your knees? At least do a little research before offering glib comments.
Submit your work permit renewal sooner than later. Looks like you've still got a while to wait based on your application date.

But up till now, no request to submit any evidence? What are my chances now?

Psychology or therapist report of any medical treatment or intervention received in canada...
Any other documents you know can help your case ....

That doesn’t guarantee a decision without a hearing. A short hearing could still be required and in some cases a full hearing could be required
