I received an invitation for my interest to sponsor form that I submitted in 2020 for my parents and grandparents. I am now filling out my parents' and my grandmother's applications and have a few questions:
  1. My father is currently on a closed work permit and drives a truck, frequently traveling to the USA. He has an extensive travel history. To obtain that travel history, I requested information from ATIP (CBSA), but they are taking about 30 days to respond. I collected the I-94 from CBP, but some information is missing, such as some arrival details. Moreover, the application asks for the city traveled to, but the I-94 form only shows the border crossed, not the cities where he delivered or picked up loads. Should I wait for CBSA to provide the trip information and then list the border crossings as the cities, or should I just include the last 25 entries and explain everything in an accompanying letter?
  2. At the time of filling out the interest to sponsor form, I don’t remember if I included my grandmother's name in the application. I was qualified to sponsor all three (both my parents and my grandmother) when I submitted the form and am still qualified today. However, I am unsure if I entered her name. What should I do in this case?

1. He should have been keeping track himself. Provide what you have and then send a webform. What are you expecting from CBSA as you will just get entries and exits?
2. You cannot include grandmother. In 2020, you would have submitted 2 interest to sponsor forms - one for your parents and one for your grandmother. They are not dependant on each other. They are separate profiles.
